He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Allen and Hazel Irene Rarig (Billig). He is survived by: his wife Debra Rarig (Roadarmel) of Shippensburg; his daughter Wendi R. Rarig of Sunbury, PA; and his siblings, Kathy Hoffman (Earl) and David Rarig.
