She was predeceased by: her parents, Reuben Gutshall and Lottie Gutshall (Mentzer); her former husband Jacob W. "Jake" Rice; and her husband John Crider. She is survived by: her children, Rodney E. Rice (Elsie) of Shippensburg, Rondell J. Rice (Kathy Payne) of Newville, Christine E. Gamble (Edward) of Newville, Marcia E. Johnson (Bill) of Newville and Lisa K. Smith (Randy) of Newville. She is also survived by ten grandchildren; twenty great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
