He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Weaver and Edna Vivian Weaver (Burkholder); and his brothers, Donald, Benjamin and Richard Weaver.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra L. Weaver of Shippensburg; his daughters, Trudy L. Merchant (Scott) of Orrtanna and Christina L. Hershey (Jason) of Shippensburg; his grandchildren, Harper E. Merchant of Ortanna and Kane E. Hershey (Ashley Strickler) of Shippensburg; his great grandchild Hatteras M. Hershey; and his siblings, Edmond Weaver (Marjorie) of Shippensburg and Juanita Sprecher of Fresno, CA. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
