She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy S. Timmons and Elsie M. Bingham Timmons; her husband Gerald L. Heckman; and her brother Guy G. Timmons. She is survived by: her daughter Heather L. Weimer (Michael); her granddaughter Jade M. Weimer; and her brothers, William B. Timmons of Orrstown, Thomas H. Timmons (Ramona) of Orrstown, Daniel B. Timmons (Joanne) of Orrstown and David F. Timmons (Linda) of Orrstown. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In the spirit of Tena's giving ways, donations may be made to one's favorite charity in lieu of flowers.
