He was predeceased by: his parents, John William and Beatrice Louise Foore Russell; and his wife Carol Ann Mowery Russell. He is survived by: his children, Michael P. Russell (Beth) and Stefanie A. Russell; his grandchildren, Carter E. Russell of Chambersburg, Reece J. Russell of Chambersburg, Mya E. Russell of Chambersburg and Casen M. Russell of Chambersburg; and his sisters, Mary L. Rife (Gene) and Connie L. Reed (Delbert).
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, funeral services and burial will be private.
