He was predeceased by: his parents, Glen L. Smack and Mattie Louise Smack (Birch); and his sister Glenda L. Smack. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Smack (Taylor); and his children, Mary Angela Wolabaugh of Shippensburg, Curtis Reese Smack of Willards, MD and Brian David Smack of Chambersburg. He is also survived by three grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
