He was predeceased by: his parents, William F. Sr. Markley and Erma R. Markley (Sennett); and his brothers, Richard, Marlin and Kevin Markley.
He is survived by: his siblings, William F. Markley, Jr. (Cinda) of Carlisle and Charlotte L. Markley of Carlisle. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces.
