He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul A. Crusey-Heckman and Dorothy Crusey-Heckman (Hancock); his brothers, Mark E. Crusey and Paul "Gater" Crusey; and his stepfather George F. Heckman.
He is survived by: his siblings, Cindy J. Byers (Danny) of Shippensburg, Walter A. Crusey of Shippensburg and William L. Crusey (Dorothy) of Alabama. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
