He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond J. Halter and Doris L. Halter (Frohm); his wife Bonnie; and his brother Rodney Halter. He is survived by: his granddaughter Ashley D. Poling (Doug) of New Wilmington, PA. He is also survived by four great grandchildren; and several aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
