He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester T. Railing and Mildred E Railing (Ott). He is survived by: his wife Dorothy J. Railing (Whitmer); his sons, Richard D. Railing (Coletta) of Walnut Bottom and Scott M. Railing (April) of Shippensburg; his granddaughter Hannah Haramis (Travis) of Maryland; and his great grandchild Howland Haramis.
