He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Bard and Mildred Bard (Ocker); his wife Connie S. Bard (Tosten); and his sister Doris Bard. He is survived by: his siblings, Harold, Donald (Donna), Kenneth (Shelley), Jeffrey, David Bard, Nancy Fritz (George), Judy Eichelberger and Susan Bricker; and his cousin Kim Falvey. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
