He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald A. Smith and Gladys Smith (Cox); his grandparents, Paul and Mabel Smith; his brother Damon Smith; and his uncle Raymond Smith.
He is survived by: his brother Gerald Todd Smith of Las Vegas, NV; his nephew Sheldon Smith of Las Vegas, NV; and his aunts, Maria Smith of Shippensburg and Gloria Van Scyoc of Palmyra. He is also survived by six cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
