He was predeceased by: his parents, John William and Mary Suvine Klenzing Hauk; his wife Cleora Sailhamer; his daughter Merry Carol Hauk; his grandson Thomas John Anthony Hauk; and his siblings, Bruce, Donald, Norman, Joe, John and Ruth H. Keck.
He is survived by: his children, Paula Christine (Lt), Dr. Gary S. Hauk (Sara) and Dr. David P. Hauk (Debra); and his sister-in-law Annabelle Hauk. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and eight great grandchildren.
