She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Keefer and Pauline Keefer; and her siblings, Peggy Rouzer, Bernice Uglow and Bert Keeffer.
She is survived by: her daughter Sina M. Parson (Scott) of Chambersburg; her granddaughter KyLee A. Phillips (Brett) of Pittsburg; and her great grandchildren, Paisley of Pittsburgh and Harrison Phillips of Pittsburgh. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society or a worthy veterans charity of one's choice.
