He is survived by: his wife Mary McKeown; his children, Cindy L. Neil (Gregory) of Shippensburg, Diane Lee Balance of Shippensburg and Mark A. Balance (Irene) of Florida; and his grandson Garrett H. C. Gibson of Shippensburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and many close friends.
