He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell E. Mentzer and Olive B. Gutshall Mentzer; his siblings, Ruth Kyler, Freda Mentzer, Helen Mellott, Esther Wagner, Grace Marie Miller, Flo J. Scott, Earl L., Blaine A., Jerry H., Cloyd, Carl R. and Dale E. Mentzer; and his grandson Russell C. Mentzer, Jr..
He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Baker Mentzer; his children, Trudy B. Price (Neil) and Russell C. Mentzer, Sr. (Sherre); his grandchildren, Jordan D. Mentzer, Benjamin T. Price, Skyler Lynch and Amber B. Price; and his great grandchildren, Julian Mentzer of Tampa, FL., Isabella A. Mentzer, Kaili Taylor of Tampa, FL., Marley Mentzer and Emily Mentzer of Tampa, FL.. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
