It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvin Rosenberry (Shippensburg, Pennsylvania), born in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 15, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin S. Rosenberry, Jr. and Julia M. Busey (Van Scyoc); and his siblings, Larry Rosenberry, John Rosenberry, Brenda Shearer and Dorothy Rosenberry.
He is survived by: his wife Bette L. Glessner; his children, Kathy Nezat (Gregory) of Shippensburg and Don Wyrick (Janet) of Dillsburg; his stepchildren, Kitty Liddle of Shippensburg, Daryl D'Ambrosio of Shippensburg and Gregory D'Ambrosio (Darlene) of Chambersburg; his stepmother Virginia G. Starliper; and his siblings, Cheryl North, Christina Smiley (Ed), Joan Martin (Ed), Donna Maxwell, Mary Ann Rosenberry, V. Kyline Keefer (Jeff), Anna Trace (John) and Ginger Poffenberger (Wayne). He is also survived by five grandchildren; four step-grandchildren; several great grandchildren; numerous step-great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Cumberland Valley Hose Company No. 2 or the St. Jude Children's Hospital.
