She was predeceased by: her parents, David M. Hawbaker and Catharine Hawbaker (Myers); her husband Ray M. Mellinger; her sister Elaine Horst; and her siblings-in-law, Irene Hawbaker, Gail Magee and John Magee.
She is survived by: her daughters, Diane M. Henry (Douglas), Sondra K. Mellinger and Donna R. Dice; her grandsons, Taylor R. Henry (Brittany Opalka) and Colby R. Dice (Sierra); her great grandchild Quinn Elisabeth Dice; her siblings, Rodger, Harmon, Dwight, Wayne Hawbaker and Louise Wenger; and her brother-in-law Sam Horst. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
