He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Mell and Mabel Mell (Neil). He is survived by: his sister Bonnie K. Mearkle of Chambersburg; and his nieces, Sheri D. Coover of Carlisle and Nikki L. Snider (Marty) of Hedgesville, WV. He is also survived by two grandnieces and three grandnephews.
