It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Margaret M. Baker of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 15, 2024, at the age of 99, leaving to mourn family and friends. As Margaret departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Margaret. Though Margaret may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl J. Cline, and Fannie Geist Minnich Cline, Sr.; and her husband G. Melvin Baker. She is survived by: her son Jerry M. Baker of Shippensburg; and her granddaughter Stephanie Baker of Tampa, FL. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Calendar Mt. Pleasant Church (2509 Black Gap Rd, Chambersburg, PA 17202). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Mt. Pleasant Church (2509 Black Gap Rd, Chambersburg, PA 17202).
