He was predeceased by: his father Manuel Antonio Ruiz Feliciano. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ruiz of Shippensburg; and his children, Manuel A. Ruiz, Jr., Jennifer Ruiz, Veronica Ruiz and Stephanie Martinez. He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren and three brothers.
