We are sad to announce that on September 8, 2020, at the age of 88, Louise Weist (Shippensburg, Pennsylvania), born in Everett, Pennsylvania passed away. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter E. Taylor and Ella M. Thompson Taylor; and her husband William R. Weist, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Dennis K. Weist of Newburg, Larry D. Weist (Janell) of Red Lion, William R. Weist, Jr. (Jody) of Roxbury and Kathleen L. Mathna (Gary G.) of Dillsburg. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and six great-great grandchildren.
A public viewing will be held on Sunday, September 13, 2020 from 4:00 p. m. to 6:00 p. m. in the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc. Those in attendance are asked to observe the recommendations pertaining to reducing the potential spread of Covid-19; wearing masks, hand sanitizing, and social distancing as much as possible.
