She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Mellinger and Ethel Angle Mellinger; her son Jay Randolph "Randy" Clouse; her granddaughter Nicole Lynn Clouse; and her brother Wilbur "Butch" Mellinger.
She is survived by: her husband Jay Francis Clouse; and her children, Sheryl Ann Chilcote (Rick), Debra Sue Gephart (Jeff), Tammy Rhea Killian (Lonny) and Gregory Alan Clouse (Wendi). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
