It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Leon Pisle (Shippensburg, Pennsylvania), who passed away on February 12, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John W. Pisle and Sarah Pisle (Perry); and his wife Mary Jane Pisle (Holtry). He is survived by: his children, Roger L. Pisle (Roberta H.) of Chambersburg, Barbara J. Cohick (Robert VanScyoc) of Shippensburg and Sharon A. VanBrakle of Gettsyburg; his sisters, Martha Swartz of Newville and Catherine Sanders of Shippensburg; and his close friend Martha Kelley of Shippensburg. He is also survived by six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
