With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth E. Mowen of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, born in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 30, 2023 at the age of 89. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank R. Mowen and Bertha E. Mowen (Cramer); his daughter Sonya Mowen; and his extended family Bradley Runshaw. He is survived by: his close friend Joyce Runshaw of Shippensburg; his daughters, Karen E. Johnson (Keith) of Commerce City, CO and Lori L. Mason (Eldon Jackson) of Chambersburg; and his extended family, Pam Runshaw of Shippensburg, Rodney Runshaw of Chambersburg, Tina Runshaw of Shippensburg and Bonnie O'Leary (William) of Shippensburg. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
