He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Brumbaugh and Lois Brumbaugh (Ferry); his daughter Lucinda B. Parson; his sister Doris Nehmzow (Gilbert); and his siblings-in-law, Gerl Nealy and Justina Brumbaugh.
He is survived by: his wife Louise K. Brumbaugh (Goshorn); his children, David L. Brumbaugh (Donald Haines), Cynthia K. Brumbaugh, Melinda D. Fawks (Charles) and Kristina L. Brumbaugh; his grandchildren, Charles Fawks IV (Shannon), Jordan Miller and Erica Alvernia (Stefano); his great grandchildren, Denver and Cohen Fawks; his siblings, Deanna Nealy and C. Allen Brumbaugh; and his son-in-law R. Gregg Miller.
