It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kay Baker (Shippensburg, Pennsylvania), born in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 28, 2021, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack W. and Elizabeth Tourney (Stuck). She is survived by: her husband Hank; her daughters, Amanda Jean Rudisill (Jordan) of Shippensburg and Jessica Lee Rife (Jeffery Harris) of Chambersburg; and her grandchildren, Cameron Rife, Christian Souders and Sophia Rudisill. She is also survived by three siblings.
