She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph H. Bowermaster and Sylvia M. Strayer Bowermaster Colyer; her husband Donald C. Devor, Sr.; and her siblings, Edward Bowermaster, Helen Berkeley and Mary Bowermaster.
She is survived by: her son John F. Devor (Ashley); her sister Betty Naugle; and her grandchildren, Tyler, Sarah, Alex, Paige Devor and Rayonna Butts.
