He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Fague and Dorothy Fague (Cruser); his former wife Louise Reddig Fague; and his sister Eleanor Ann Kartlick. He is survived by: his wife Treva R. Fague; his children, Michael (Jill) of Shippensburg, Philip Fague (Ann) of Shippensburg, Jeff Fague (Susan) of Danville and Peggy Jo Fague of South Portland, ME; his grandchildren, Kaitie, Kevin, Stacey, Kelsey, Colleen and Jenna; and his sister Elizabeth Weller of Chambersburg. He is also survived by four great grandchildren.
