She was predeceased by: her parents, William Ruth, and Mildred E. Ruth, Sr. (Drexler); her husband Gerald E. Besore; her son Jeffrey Besore; and her siblings, John Robert Ruth and Susan Briggs.
She is survived by: her siblings, William Ruth, Jr. of Chambersburg, Evelyn Kauffman of Carlisle, Mary Rosenberry of Shippensburg, Emma Jane Kuhn (David) of Mt. Holly, Martha Rotz-Tatem (Gerry) of Dillsburg, Margaret Springer (James) of Shippensburg and Linda Edmondson of York Haven. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
