He was predeceased by: his wife Vicki; and his brothers, Harold Starliper, Jr. and Kenneth Starliper. He is survived by: his daughters, Jackie Starliper-Mull of Chambersburg and Nancy Reynoso of Georgia; his grandchildren, Tamara, Darius Spoonhour, Eddie, Jessica and Victor Sanchez; and his siblings, Dennis Starliper of Shippensburg, Connie Shoemaker of Orrstown and Cheryl Neil of Newburg. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
