He is survived by: his wife Pennelope A. "Penny" Sommerville (Noragong); his son Colby Neil (Karla); his grandchildren, Josh Neil (Cara), Erik Neil, Emily Payne (Jacob), John Bouder, Coltan Bouder and Elizabeth Bouder; his great grandchildren, Ellie Neil, Maggie Payne and Jackson Payne; and his siblings, George Strayer (Nancy) of Newburg, Cathy Mohler (Don) of Scotland, Karen Mathna (Bob) of Shippensburg, Lisa Funk (Les) of Newburg, Ann Gaver of Scotland, Richard Sommerville of Dover, Jimmy Sommerville (Aurea) of North Carolina and Don Chamberlin (Jane) of Orrstown. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
