He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey J., Sr. and Mildred Carbaugh (Eckenrode); and his siblings, Samuel, Roy, Sr. and Beulah.
He is survived by: his wife Linda K. Carbaugh (Kiner); his children, Charles D. Carbaugh (Tawnie) of Landisburg, Angie L. Carbaugh of Shippensburg and Joseph Kenneth Carbaugh (Vickie) of Newville; and his grandchildren, Jeffrey Baker, Jr., Ashley Baker, Shaune Markley, Janelle, Andrea, Christina and Kelsey Carbaugh. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
