He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold L. and Laura Grace Bailey, Sr. (Alleman); and his sister Vonnie L. Smith. He is survived by: his wife Betty Jean; and his children, Donald L. Bailey (Deanne) of Biglerville, Daniel S. Bailey of McConnellsburg and Jody L. Weist (William Jr.) of Shippensburg. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; one sister.
