It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George Van Asdalan of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, born in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 16, 2021, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlin J. Van Asdalan and Elsie M. Miller Van Asdalan; and his sisters, Virginia Myers and Ann Minich. He is survived by: his children, Keith Van Asdalan of San Diego, CA, Kevin Van Asdalan (Beth) of Pittsburgh and Heidi Hawbaker (Matthew) of Chambersburg; his brother Reginald Van Asdalan of Carlisle; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Hawbaker and Levi Hawbaker. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
