He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Cesar, Sr. and Angelina Torres (Varona); and his wife Joanna Bodley. He is survived by: his children, Miriam Torres of New Jersey, Francisco Torres, III, Carlos Torres, Eduardo Torres and Laura Torres. He is also survived by six grandchildren; two brothers and one sister.
