It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Floyd T. Proctor (Shippensburg, Pennsylvania), who passed away on January 29, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Frank Proctor; his brother Russell Proctor; and his wife Ada Allen. He is survived by: his brothers, Harry and Eugene; and his children, Wesley Proctor (Fawn), Howard Proctor (Sherryl) and Margaret Rowland (John). He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and ten great-grandchildren.
