He was predeceased by: his parents, Sebert H. Kirby and Dolly R. Kirby (Whorley); his wife June Elizabeth Keck; his stepson Van Alexander Williams; and his brother Ralph Kirby.
He is survived by: his children, Donna Sue Beatty of Dayton, OH, Debbie A. Bechtel (Kurt) of Mt. Airy, MD and Ronald Kirby (Danielle) of Fairfield, PA; his stepdaughters, Kimberly Williams of Orrstown and Wendy S. Bayer of Orrstown; and his siblings, John, George, David Kirby, Dolly Oyler and Bonnie Parson. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
