She was predeceased by: her parents, James E. Witter and Grace E. Witter (Lehman); and her grandparents, Bert E., Florence E. Witter, James C. and Lotti S. Lehman.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Clair Karper; her daughter Kimberly Kay Naugle (James); her grandson Ryan Clair Naugle; her great grandchildren, Kaylee J. Naugle and Chloe J. Naugle; and her siblings, Patsy J. Mellott, James C. Witter (Barb), Hazel V. Richardson, Susie D. Elliott and Sandra J. Clough (George).
