It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethel Byers of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, born in Lewistown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 4, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel W. Henry and Catherine F. Henry (Baughman); and her husband John D. Byers, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, John D. Byers, Jr. (Cindy) of Shippensburg and Catherine E. Mowery (Dennis) of Monroe, NC; her grandchildren, James D. Byers, Amy C. Craig, J. D. Byers and Andrew R. Mowery; her great grandchildren, Owen Jared Shapiro, Shiloh Waddell, Cameron D. Byers, Bryson D. Byers, Peyton J. Craig and Jaxon D. Carbaugh; her niece Stephanie Coffey; and her nephew Daniel Henry.
