He was predeceased by: his parents, Scott Carbaugh and Annie Carbaugh (Fortney); his former wife Barbara Ann Carbaugh; and his siblings, Howard, Dave, Robert, Marvin Carbaugh, Thelma Beeler, Gladys Carbaugh, Janet Hock, Helen Burkholder and Mabel Peiffer.
He is survived by: his wife Vivian A. Carbaugh (Leighton) of Shippensburg; his sons, Kenneth L. Carbaugh (Sherry) of Newburg and Stephen M. Carbaugh of Spring Run; his grandchildren, Daniel Carbaugh (Tedra), Stephanie Fleisher (Corey), Curtis Carbaugh (Angela) and Kelli Lozenski (Jerrid); his great grandchildren, Kayla Koser (Andrew), Kassidy Carbaugh (Naz), Iyasan Fleisher, Ayhana Fleisher, Kylah Fleisher, Kalen Fleisher, Luke Lozenski and Brynlee Carbaugh; his great great grandchildren, Raegan Koser and Waylon Koser; and also Jerrid Lozenski, Jr..
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Bethel Assembly of God (400 Miller St, Chambersburg, PA 17201).
