It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elizabeth A. Clippinger of Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on March 22, 2023, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Hobart and Gladys Marie Jones Clippinger. She is survived by: her sisters, Carol B. Baylor (Ralph) of Newburg and Virginia E. Ruhl (Guy) of Reinholds, PA; her foster mother Maryann Fogelsanger of Shippensburg; and her foster siblings, Scott Fogelsanger (Dani) of Harrisburg and Candy Perkinson (Ross) of Towson, MD. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
