She is survived by: her husband Melvin M. Orr; her children, Vickie (Richard Frederick) and Bryan (Chrystal Orr); her grandchildren, Melissa Varner and John Frederick; and her great grandchildren, Kayla Killian, Erissa Varner, Rachel Frederick and Eli Frederick.
