Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Eleanor Baer (Shippensburg, Pennsylvania), born in Scotland, Pennsylvania, who passed away, on September 1, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Frey and Margaret Frey (Miller); her foster parents, Edgar Besore and Ruth Besore; and her siblings, Charles, John and Irene Statler (Frey).

She is survived by: her husband Rev. Guy R. Baer; and her children, Timothy R. Baer (Ann) of Mechanicsburg, Karen S. Baer of Williamstown, Ruth A. Dietz (Chub) of Wexford and Kenneth D. Baer (Amy) of Mechanicsburg. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren, as well as nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Eleanor's name to St. Paul UMC, 750 Norland Ave., Chambersburg, PA 17201.
