He was predeceased by: his father Dennis E. Varner, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Hope L. Varner Binder (Foster) of Shippensburg; his wife Lorie B. Varner (Mohler); his son Zachary H. E. Varner of Shippensburg; his brothers, Michael Varner of Newburg and William Foster of Shippensburg; and his grandmother Marie Foster of Shippensburg.
