We bid farewell to Darlene F. Fraker (Shippensburg, Pennsylvania), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on March 4, 2025 at the age of 88. Darlene touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ambrose Aaron and Cora Blanche Shetter Patterson; her former husband Dale W. Peck; her husband P. Larry Fraker; her son Scott B. Peck; and her siblings, Richard Patterson, Louise Bobletz and Mary Jane Horn.
She is survived by: her children, Jay D. Peck (Carolyn) of Orrstown, Nancy A. Small (Samuel III) of Chambersburg and Lisa K. Peiffer (Bradley) of Chambersburg; her grandchildren, Seth A. Peck (Holly), Levi D. Peck (Ashley), Trisha R. Graham (James), Gina L. Truett (Rick), Kirk B. Peiffer (Ashley), Chad W. Peiffer (Dawn), Kayla K. French and Nina Peck; and her siblings, Marvin Patterson (Miriam) of Orrstown, Joann Wright of Upper Strasburg, Jean Rook of Orrstown and Shirley Holtry (Donald) of Orrstown. She is also survived by 25 great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Upper Strasburg Church of God (9716 Upper Strasburg Rd, Upperstrasburg, PA 17265). A funeral service was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, March 10th 2025 at the Parklawns Memorial Gardens (3218 Philadelphia Ave, Chambersburg, PA 17201).
