He was predeceased by: his siblings, Harold Garman, Rosalie Carmack and Betty Livingston. He is survived by: his wife Nancy M. Diehl Garman; his daughter Joanne L. Bly (Howard); his granddaughters, Michelle L. Bly (Tony Shetter), Tara A. Mowery (Jason) and Jennifer L. Bly (Jamal Boubakri); his great grandchildren, Carter, Callie, Leena, Nora and Layla; and his siblings, L. Dean Garman, Jr., Lucille Flohr of Baer, DE, Joyce Binner and Delores Kearns. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
