He was predeceased by: his parents, Allen M. Foore, Sr. and Rosella Foore (Seiler); and his siblings, Beatrice L. Russel, Hazel M. Carbaugh, Mabel J. Gabler, Allen M. Foore, Jr. and Donald R. Foore.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Foore (Pechart) of Shippensburg; his daughters, Shawna L. Bilger of Shippensburg and Samantha M. Foore of Shippensburg; and his grandson Dalton T. Foore of Shippensburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
