He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Domenick Toigo and Cesira Toigo (Grisotto); his wife Sweetheart Mary Toigo (Coughlin); his children, Stephen Toigo (Terry), Rosemary Toigo McBath (George Haubeil), Mark Toigo (Jaime) and Anne-Marie Toigo Papageorge (Jim); his grandchildren, Donnie McBath, Stephanie Wright (Ben), Danny Toigo (Kerry), Dominique McBath, William McBath (Shauna), Paul Toigo, Mary Papageorge, Teddy Papageorge, Tess Papageorge and Diamond; his great grandchildren, Stephen Toigo, Henry Wright, Brayden Toigo, Samuel Wright and Madeline Wright; his siblings, Esther Toigo Wallitsch (Dick), Eugene Toigo, Alexander Toigo (Adeline) and Sergio Toigo (Julie); and his sister-in-law Bonnie Toigo (Quinto). He was also cherished by 4 siblings and a sister in law.
He grew up on Washington Street in a large, loving Italian immigrant family that provided him the foundation to build an extraordinary life.
