She is survived by: her husband John Adam Green of Shippensburg; her children, Caitlin Middaugh (Chris) of Yeagertown, PA and Steven Cebel of White Plains, NY; and her siblings, Lucille Gordineer of Baldwin Place, NY and Anthony Jerrick (Roe) of Hedgesville, WV. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
